I am a passionate Design Lead with over 18 years of experience in the Juniors and Missy markets, specializing in cut & sew knits and sleepwear development for high-volume retail. Mass market is my DNA and I truly enjoy crafting brand-right seasonal collections that blend trend-driven silhouettes, compelling color narratives, graphics, and prints to perfectly align with a brand’s aesthetic and customer expectations.

I excel at driving the full seasonal direction from initial concept through final production. I love conducting in-depth trend research and competitive analysis to shape winning product strategies, developing silhouettes, fabrications, color palettes, and details that resonate with customers, and collaborating closely with merchandising, development, and production teams to deliver on-time, high-quality, and profitable collections. I’m especially skilled at line planning, tech pack development, presenting seasonal concepts in both internal and customer-facing meetings, and building strong vendor relationships that support innovation and quality.

I hold a Master’s degree in Fashion Merchandising & Retail Management and an Associate’s degree in Fashion Design. I am highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other industry-standard design tools.
